This objective necessitated lighting systems that transcend aesthetics; they are strategic assets that bolster market positioning by driving down operating expenses (OPEX) and fundamentally enhancing the user experience.

Collaborating with the renowned Epstein Sp. z o.o. studio allowed us to implement solutions that are woven into the very fabric of the building. By utilizing advanced lighting systems, we achieved a seamless transition between the entrance zone, the lobby, and the communal areas, imbuing the entire project with a cohesive, prestigious character.
Light as a Medium of Modernity
At The Form, light is treated as a foundational material, essential to the building’s prestige and environmental harmony. Our systems were meticulously engineered to bridge the gap between rigorous aesthetic visions and WELL standards, placing a primary focus on human vitality and cognitive performance:
ARION System | Bend Profiles : Acting as the lobby’s architectural anchor, this system articulates fluid, geometric contours with bespoke radii, delivering an uninterrupted, seamless flow of light.
TALIS Downlight | Architectural Integration :Precision-finished to harmonize with the ceiling’s structural palette, these luminaires achieve a sophisticated "monolithic" aesthetic while maintaining peak luminous efficacy.
ZOYA In-ground:High-precision illumination designed to reveal the intricate textures of the landscape, imbuing the garden with a refined, high-end atmosphere after dusk.
